Fall 2026 Course Selections

Pre-k (Ages 4-5): Our Pre-K class provides a warm, faith-filled environment where young learners can grow, explore, and build confidence. Through engaging lessons, hands-on activities, creative play, and group experiences, students will practice foundational skills such as letter and number recognition, early handwriting, colors, shapes, fine motor skills, and more, while also developing important social skills like sharing, taking turns, following routines, and working with others. Age-appropriate Bible lessons, stories, songs, and prayer will help students begin building a strong biblical foundation. Our goal is to provide gentle structure without rigidness, giving children space to learn through play, movement, creativity, and fun! 

 

K-2nd grade: Our K–2nd Grade cohort offers a fun, faith-filled learning environment designed to help students strengthen foundational skills while growing in confidence and independence. Throughout the co-op day, students will explore foundational literacy, science, art,  Bible lessons, and dance and movement, with plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning and creativity. We also intentionally build in free play and flexible breaks. This cohort gives our younger students opportunities to develop important academic and social skills while helping our older students gradually prepare for the increased independence and variety of classes they’ll experience in the 3rd–5th grade cohort. 

 

Geography 3rd-5th grade: Turn geography into an adventure and make learning fun for students and easy for parents. Take your children on an exciting journey across all 50 states with stories, songs, literature, maps, and hands-on activities. Our 50 States is a one-year course written from a Christian worldview and designed for students in grades one, two, three, or four.

 

Creative Writing 3rd-5th grade: In Creative Writing, students will explore their imaginations while building the foundational skills they need to become confident writers. Through engaging activities and projects, students will be introduced to a variety of creative writing styles, including poetry, flash fiction, fiction, creative nonfiction, and script writing. We’ll strengthen important language arts skills such as sentence structure, grammar, punctuation, vocabulary, descriptive writing, paragraph organization, and editing. Students will have plenty of opportunities to experiment, create, and share their work in an encouraging environment where the goal is not perfection, but developing their individual voice and discovering that writing can be fun! 

 

Civics and Constitution 9th-12th grade: Help your student understand government, citizenship, and civic responsibility through a Biblically-grounded curriculum that encourages critical thinking, thoughtful discussion, and real-world application. Exploring Government equips high school students to play a role in building a brighter future for our nation.

 

Math/Pre-algebra 6th-8th grade: Pre-Algebra serves as a transitional course to Algebra 1. Some will consider it as a shift from “number operations” to “letter operations.” Its goal is to lead the student into logical problem-solving through the use of variables, equations, and graphs. The objectives for this class is to better prepare the student in abstract thinking and to make sure the foundations of arithmetic is strong before Algebra 1. It will help students move from one-step problem solving to engaging with multi step systems. 

 

Book Club 6th-8th, 9th-12th grade: In Book Club, students will read a selected book throughout the semester and come together each week to discuss what they’ve read. Through guided conversations, students will explore characters, themes, important ideas, and different perspectives, while asking thoughtful questions and sharing their own interpretations. Students will also have opportunities to respectfully debate ideas and consider viewpoints that may differ from their own. This class is designed to strengthen reading comprehension, critical thinking, communication, and discussion skills while encouraging students to engage more deeply with what they read and enjoy the experience of reading alongside their peers. 

 

6th-8th: Cold Case for Christianity (For Kids)

9-12th: Love Does by Bob Goff

 

Masterpiece Art 6th-8th, 9th-12th grade: Students will explore creativity and artistic expression using lessons from Masterpiece Society, a homeschool art program designed to help students develop their artistic skills while building an appreciation for art. Throughout the semester, students will be introduced to a variety of artists, art styles, techniques, and mediums while creating hands-on projects of their own. Along the way, they’ll learn to observe and appreciate great works of art, experiment with new creative techniques, and grow in confidence as young artists. Whether they already love creating or are just beginning to explore art, this class provides an encouraging space to learn, create, and discover their own artistic style.

Apologetics 9th-12th grade: In Apologetics, students will dive deeper into the Christian faith by exploring not only what they believe, but why they believe it. Through Scripture, thoughtful discussion, questions, and examination of common challenges to the Christian faith, students will learn how to give a reasoned explanation and defense of their beliefs. The goal is not simply to convince others, but to help students develop a genuine understanding of their own faith so they can confidently and respectfully articulate it when challenged. Most importantly, this class will encourage students to move beyond simply knowing about Christianity and toward knowing Jesus Christ for themselves, developing a personal relationship with Him and a faith they can truly call their own.

 

Flip the Future 9th-12th grade: A 15 week specialty class about real estate, investing, brand and marketing, taught by Realtor Serenity Barren with Unicorn Realty.

 

Fee: $225 per student $525 3 kids or more 

 

Games & Sports 3rd-12th: Students in grades 3rd–12th will come together at the end of the co-op day for fun, movement, and friendly competition! Each week, students will rotate through a variety of activities, including sports such as volleyball and jump rope, movement games, card games, board games, and more. With something for different interests and abilities, this class gives students an opportunity to be active, try new things, practice teamwork and good sportsmanship, build friendships across age groups, and end the day having fun together. 

 

Conversational Spanish 3rd-5th grade: Unlock the joy of language in our Conversational Spanish class! Designed to help students build confidence and speaking skills, this course introduces foundational vocabulary, useful phrases, and basic grammar in a fun, interactive environment. Through engaging activities, songs, role-playing, and cultural exploration, students will learn to communicate and gain a deeper appreciation for Spanish-speaking cultures. Whether your student is a beginner or looking to practice, this class provides an encouraging space to learn, speak, and connect.

 

Safety Science 6th-8th grade: Students will explore the science behind staying safe in everyday life through engaging lessons from The Good and the Beautiful curriculum. Students will learn about topics such as personal and community safety, emergency preparedness, first aid, and how the human body responds to different dangers. Through discussion and hands-on learning, students will build practical knowledge, critical-thinking skills, and greater confidence in making safe and responsible choices.
